In addition to handling those responsibilities, Steve’s extensive background in the insurance industry has allowed him to garner experience in actuarial, marketing, reinsurance, customer service, and claims. Steve works cross-functionally within the division and is involved in virtually every process. Throughout his career in insurance, Steve has presented at multiple industry events and conferences. He has also served on numerous committees, authored scores of articles, and blogs, and had been used as a source in multiple media outlets including NPR (National Public Radio) and The New York Times.
