What should current customers expect?

  • When your policy is transitioned to the new administrative platform, EXL will send you a welcome letter providing a new administrative office mailing address for all your servicing needs. If you have more than one policy/contract, you can expect to receive a separate mailing for each policy you own.
  • There is no change in the insurer – your policy will remain with the current Underwriting Company.
  • These changes will not affect the terms and benefits of your policy. All contractual provisions and rights under your policy will remain the same.
  • We will be transitioning to the new administrative platform and servicing address in phases over the coming year, depending on the type of policy you have.
  • After you are notified that your policy has transitioned to the new platform, please use the new administrative office mailing address for correspondence. Our telephone and fax numbers will remain the same.
