  • One-time maximum benefit payable on positive diagnosis first made while coverage is in force
  • If diagnosis is positive for a child under 21, payment will be 150% of the maximum benefit
  • Waiver of premiums due to employees total disability is available
  • Optional riders help defray expenses by providing benefit amounts associated with treatment for over 30 specified diseases, hospital confinement, surgery, radiation, imaging, ICU care and various other services associated with cancer
